idealo has always had a very dedicated corporate social responsibility, with a specially dedicated branch called sozialo. It was commissioned the creation and design of a creative and unique poster for a social flea market. The lease of the stalls was donated to fight cholera and hunger in Yemen. As well, sozialo also set up a stand which everything collected from the sale was donated too. This event took place in collaboration with Care, an international humanitarian agency delivering emergency relief and long-term international development projects.
