He saw a link on ARC Magazine’s website about Time Magazine’s campaign requesting their readers in 120 countries to submit pictures taken on their mobile phones for their “Wireless Issue – 10 ways your phone is changing the World. Joshua’s picture was one of 288 pictures used on the cover of Time Magazine, August 27, 2012, of 31,429 images submitted.
