World AIDS Campaign

WORLD AIDS CAMPAIGN REBRANDINGA project with Ph.D L.A.
Recently, my design class had the pleasure and privilege of  working with Mick Hodgson of the L.A. based design firm Ph.D. His studio had recently wrapped up a rebranding of the World AIDS Campaign, and, with the consent of the campaign's head of media, handed off the project brief for us to attempt.
Round 2: After sketches and round one ideas, refinement began. Logo choices narrowed down to three candidates.
Final chosen mark, shown here with multiple 1-color variations. Chosen for its simplicity (1 color: easy and cheap to print), as well as its keeping the equity of the brand's previous mark.
