A solution-focused project, the DryStore dish rack was developed through a research and development process that was highly dependent upon outside input. I approached the redundancies of hand-washing, drying, and storing dishes by studying drying and storage racks, speaking with professionals, and surveying dish-washers of all ages. The result was a prototype that addressed the primary issues, and a process book that documented its development.
