Inspired by the NYC cooking night in the movie 'Hitch'. Mock invitation for a cooking night at the Fulton Stall Market. Invitation mailed to exclusive guest list (for example Sara Melas and Alex Hitchens, the main characters of the movie).
iPhone App will be activated when the users scans the QR code in their iPhone, which will be provided for them in the envelope with the printed invitation. The user can turn the wheel on the phone to see the different segments of information.
The web site details the events of the night, allows the user to RSVP by typing in the code that will be provided in case they do not have an iPhone/iPad. They will be able to see the ingredients they will be cooking with, a map, and details about the event. There are old and current pictures of the historic port, Fulton Stall Market, specifically the Fulton Fish Market which was established in 1822.
