Design Styles Architecture is proud to be working with the University of Tampa to change the face of campus with the newly designed Palm Apartments, which will take the place of the beloved ResCom apartments. The Palm apartments will maintain the legacy of ResCom as the most popular dorm on campus through its apartment style living, centralized location, and grand courtyard specifically design to encourage student interaction. In addition the dormitory will feature integrated study lounges and private study rooms on each floor, a smart-phone integrated laundry alert system, and will house more than 600 students.
