Twigg & Co is the re-imagining of an Atlanta based chocolatier. This specific chocolate boutique pioneered "bean to bar" cacao processing using the finest and rarest cacao beans in the world with expert confectionery craft. The concept and style of the brand derived from the relationship of the chocolatier to wild natural environments and the great variation of products that are produced from that relationship. The source, processes and products related to cacao ideally exist in a self sustaining system. The structure of a plant refers to that system on both a literal and conceptual level. There is the obvious tie to the Cacao plant but the relationships between each step in the process of making chocolate can be illustrated by the generic structure of a plant with a root/source with many branches and twigs that exponentially diversify.
