Commission involved preparation of a Statement of heritage impact for a c. 1840's Regency stone terrace that had been extensively modified to the point that its origins were unreconizable.
Apart from the two stone and brick side walls and the roof, all the remainder of the interior had to be stripped out to insert the new tapas bar and the 1000 wine cellar under atrocious site conditions and exceptionally lmited site access. A real tour de force by the builder and all involved.
