The Center for Intellectual Property Studies (Cespi), is composed of lawyers specializing in intellectual property and new technologies which aims to contribute to the study , dissemination and protection of intellectual property and the rights of artists in Chile.
This consulting includes the visual representation of the interests of artists, whether extrajudicial or judicial review of contracts, negotiations, preparation of legal reports, legal opinions and conducting lectures in a way that doesn’t feel distant to them.
