The home page surfaces content for both potential candidates and clients in the construction and engineering industry. The Hero area appeals to both target audiences through engaging imagery and a small amount of content that tells a story of the features and benefits of the CG Hunter Organization.
The homepage layout uses contrasting symmetrical and asymmetrical elements along with textures to add visual interest and contribute to the scanability of the page content.
 The Job posting landing page uses a progressive disclosure strategy where candidates can easily scan the postings and find quickly relevant ones. Clicking on "more details" will take users to a posting details page with more details and an "upload resume" feature.

The filtering module gives candidates control over what postings are displayed which in turn helps them achieve their goals quickly and efficiently.
The postings detail page is streamlined with form fields so candidates can easily upload resumés if the position is relevant to them. There is also a minimize/expand button aligned with the page label that again gives users control over the amount of content they are seeing– if they wish to only view the form fields they can easily minimize the descriptive text.
The candidate services page is a place for candidates to read and learn information relevant to their careers. The local navigation makes it easy for them to the available categories helps present content in small digestible chunks. A similar page was designed for clients as well.
