Olsen is an authentic scandinavian restaurant & fine grocery in Paris. You can find there the best smoked salmons in town and lots of other seafood products. In the shop, the fish is the hero. We traduced it in the shapes of the logo but also in the plates. The simplicity of the products have defined the simplicity of the branding design. Nothing added. Enjoy.
