For two decades,  Derek Jeter was incredible athlete, true sportsman and the face of the New York Yankees. His combination of passion and pure class separated him from every other player in the game. So to honor the Michael Jordan of baseball, Wieden and Kennedy created an integrated campaign asking celebrities and fans to tip their hat to The Captain.

We helped support the campaign by bringing it to life on Jordan.com. Online, we paid tribute to number 2 with iconic Jeter highlights, awards , and a special RE2PECT clothing collection. We also created a mosaic, compiling fans’ social hat tips and using them in a looping video, honoring one of the best players to ever step up to the plate.
