First day of cosmetology school! It's time to open your kit. And that kit is loaded with over 200 items.This authentic, capture-the-chaos video was designed to appeal to 17- to 29-year-olds. It was used as both a lead-generating blog post and a Facebook and Instagram ad (see below).

I want to acknowledge my talented co-creator Mike Kollen for the video editing here. Mike and I collaborated side-by-side, working image-by-image to create this fast-moving video, set to music created by Bryan Hanna. I also want to acknowledge Jess Sorenson and Laura Marrinan for the raw  first-day video footage.
