O&R is part of a reflection about the rituals of the “apéro”. It is a moment when people have drinks and eat appetizers while discussing. This ritual helps open the appetite for the main meal. It revolves around the pleasures and emotions when you share, discover, invent and taste the food.
O&R is an assortment of plates that enable the preparation and serving of appetizers. Above all, it creates an outline for the consumer to discover, to create and present food freely. The shapes, textures, and materials do not dictate what to do but suggest using and contexts. It is about bringing a creative and participative moment during the apéro.
