Presqu’ile is a project that seeks to question our fresh food consumption habits, particularly fruits and vegetables.

It is around the ancestral preservation technique of evaporative cooling that this module is conceptualized. For example, fruits and vegetables are stored in a cool space, rather than cold, to keep all their organoleptic qualities. With an organizational system, food can be seen easily. No way to lose the lemon in the back of the refrigerator, stacked under other fruits!
The idea is to encourage the user to consume fresh produce by integrating a responsible cycle through this system.

The volume of the tank is sufficient for 4 to 7 days worth of produce depending on the number of people in the household. The user must complete the cooling cycle by adding water to the tank. At each cycle, he will check its contents.  The challenge is to finish the fruits and vegetables before buying new produce.
