For the 2012 D&AD awards, i chose to enter the illustration category, the brief asked for an image portraying the main character from one of the top films of 2011. These films included; Tinker, Taylor, Soldier, Spy; Black Swan; Drive; The Tree Of Life and Super 8.

I decided to choose Super 8 as i found this film to be the most interesting. With my design i focused the entire image around using the title of the film intertwined with the portrait.
