Three new build homes with full electrical and AV fit out
In the last quarter of 2011 MVS were successful in winning the electrical and AV contract for a development of three luxury new build houses in Poole. The project required full home Automation with Clipsal C-Bus lighting and the ability for the client to control all lighting using their personal IPad which was included with the property.
All lighting fixtures are Halers low energy LED's using 1/5 of the energy of a similar halogen lamp. The properties benefit from Multi-Room Audio & Video with KEF bezel-less ceiling speakers and sources including, Sky HD, DVD and personal IPods. For security each property has BPT gate access control and a Texecom Premier alarm system.
MVS completed the first property within the allocated time frame and continue to maintain our reputation of finishing projects on time and under budget, the first property was sold within a week of going on to the market and MVS will continue to work with the end user to make sure they are getting the maximum benefit from the system installed.
