MVS Electrical have been awarded the contract to install the electrical and home automation systems into Harrison Property Groups latest development project in Canford Cliffs, Poole, Dorset. The development of 10 Luxury apartments, split over 30,000 sq ft will be one of the largest luxury residential developments in the local area. MVS are working for Glossbrook builders who are the main contractor for the project. Works begin on site in November 2012 and are due for completion in September 2013.
The apartments will all benefit from low energy LED light fittings, full Vantage home automation controlling lighting, blinds, windows and AV. The Vantage system can be controlled via an included Ipad as well as a Vantage in wall touchscreen. Access to the properties is controlled via the latest BPT system and all apartments are fitted with state of the art alarm systems.
