Throughout this project I studied how the use of co-production, customization and self-service can improve/transform the delivery of services. After conducting extensive research on Grooveshark’s IT strategy and management operations we designed a management dashboard. The dashboard serves as a internal management tool to track the service recovery system and key performance indicators that are essential to the success of the business.
