A short editorial piece exploring the word 'Fortress'.
This piece explores the word fortress and how the meaning of it changes from child to elderly person. It is a rather personal response, using my own family as examples for each stage. It touched on emotion rather a lot more than I had anticipated, which is why I chose to name it Innocence, as for me it felt as though a person's innocence determines what their 'fortress' might be.
The restrictions were to use only the Helvetica typeface and 2 colours, and it must contain 3 double page spreads, with 500, 50 and 10 words.
