Lincoln County Space Needs Study

 Lincoln County, North Carolina
Conducted a comprehensive Space Needs Study for Lincoln County, NC.  A demographic analysis of Lincoln County was performed and utilized in conjunction with historical and current staffing levels for 25 separate departments to project more than 1000 estimated employees by the year 2030.  Twenty-four existing County owned or leased buildings were studied for existing conditions and potential use within a facilities Master Plan.  Options for meeting the space needs were developed and a Master Plan of facility improvements was created to meet the more than 600,000 SF of space needs associated with the estimated employees  .
