As far as digital culture goes, re:publica is one of the world’s most wide-ranging and comprehensive conferences, and WAM is pleased to announce that we will be in attendance on Monday, May 2nd for the conference’s second annual Musicday, and tenth addition of the conference overall.
WAM CEO Mickael Pinto will take the stage, along with three fellow music-tech entrepreneurs, to discuss Startups in MusicTech. Together the panel will take on a very relevant question in today’s digital music landscape: what happens when artists, hackers, and engineers imagine music together?
For the event, the wam team created a campaign that is based in a social aspect. Mickael talked about 'How technology can give the power back to the artists?' In the illustration, a big manifestation of instruments its present at republica's building connoting this social aspect of equalty and rights for all musicians.
