Objective was to hold a private screening of the film, "In the Matter of Cha Jung Hee" where the writer/producer would be present for question/answers after the film.

I connected with the local High School/s Ethinic Studies teachers and proposed the use of the school's small theater. Those teachers secured the use and we worked to settle a date. I was tasked to coordinate with Miss Liem and PBS POV in order to secure permissions for public screening.

Date was chosen and set.

Created flyer meant to be displayed locally, although we did do some email blasts. 

Worked with approved photo selections to create the following.

Design collateral for a fundraising brunch. Design pieces for market/advertising as well as handouts and table tents for event day. 

 

Some pieces were also used in email and Facebook advertisements
