Figaro was a personal exercise, aiming to create a timeless consumer product that really irradiates personality and stands out from the crowd.The concept is meant to appeal to the design conscious audiophile, who puts equal value on aesthetics, and sound quality.
With the use of valve amplifiers, Figaro is paying tribute to old-fashioned technology, but it also welcomes modern standards as it features Airplay, making the user able to stream music, radio or audio books directly from a smart phone or tablet.The completely an- alogue interface is a statement, suggesting a reduced level of complexity in a product category that is characterized by increasingly bewildering user interfaces.The goal was that everyone should be able to turn on Figaro without a manual.
