Key Insight #1
 
The sports community at Valby is concerned that girls are not continuing sports into adulthood. They want to find ways to support and motivate them and also bring more women into the community.
 
Design Challenge
 
How might we inspire and motivate teen girls to keep doing sport at Valby Idrætspark by catering to their unique needs and culture?
OPPORTUNITY 2:
Key Insight #1
There’s a general feeling that sports are a good way to keep the community together and kids out of trouble. At the same time there’s an interest from a lot of clubs in playing a significant role in their surrounding communities.
 
 
Key Insight #2
Coaches are the main and focal touch point for a lot of people, because they act as a bridge between the community and the clubs, tying everything together.
Design Challenge
 
How might we elevate the role of the coach to help the associations /clubs support the youngsters at risk?
OPPORTUNITY 3:
Key Insight #1
Teams are relying on online communication to compensate for the lack of a communal, offline space.
Design Challenge
 
How can we make the Teams and Clubs feel more like they have a home at Valby’s Idrætspark without creating an individual space for each of them?
