Design a logo and identity package for craftMart Stores, Inc.

SOLUTION

The goals of craftMart are very straightforward—to inspire and enable and to offer art and craft supplies, framing, and home decor items. craftMart’s tagline echoes the company’s role as an enabler in an individual’s creative process by being a place “where creativity shops.”

It was important to personify the craftMart tagline in the logo. The ‘M’ represents the building itself, while craft and art tell exactly what the store offers. The ‘t’ in the end of both craft and art is the element of personification—the customer entering and exiting the store.
