Opportunity: Create a press kit for a selected movie to be distributed during press conferences in order to promote the movie. The kit would include a movie poster folded in a way that relates to the movie, a 12 page DVD booklet with included DVD, a promotional postcard, the box to house these items, and anything else that relates to the film.

 

Solution: The overarching theme of the movie 'Facing the Giants' is determination. The box for my press kit communicates this concept clearly through the design of a football tackling dummy with spray painted metaphorical 'giants' on each side. The kit includes the booklet and DVD, the poster, the postcard, a small toy flag, and a complimentary pack of tissues for those tears that will surely fall while watching the movie!
