Electrolux // E-paper POS
In-store promotion of the new Electrolux induction appliance hob, whilst showcasing the latest innovative product features, and helping consumers have a better understanding of the product itself. To explain how the induction hob works, we used e-paper technology, which is a display technology based on electronic 'ink'.
The POS device was created to mimic an actual hob appliance unit. By using a play of lights across the unit, we were able to follow the journey of the person using the oven top. In-store, the e-paper is held directly over the physical appliance, to which the device would then link the product explanation directly to the product.
Our versatility and understanding of new technologies allows us to push the boundaries of traditional POS communication tools.
