DELIVERABLES
UX design direction, visual design assets, interaction design assets (wireframes/requirements documentation/flow analysis), Front-End Development / Web Design, CRO and marketing support, User outreach, UAT and mobile app deliverables, UX training and support.
As in-house UX Lead at Jenny Craig I led efforts and coordinated with multiple external design agencies and internal marketing staff (as well as personally with the CEO) to bring new marketing visions to the web on razor-thin timelines.
I also interfaced closely with Analytics resources to design and implement multiple conversion rate optimization strategies using Test and Target and Optimizely.
