Background & Design Concept
The client's family owns a small flat on a German island called Langeoog in the North Sea. The idea is to improve profitability, client service, marketing, operations, etc for guests. Geelsnavel is the name of the flat which stands for “Gelbschnabel” (yellow beak) in “Plattdeutsch” (northern german dialect). The client wants to create the local connect a) through the name in “Plattdeutsch” and b) through the fact that sea gulls are typically for the island.
