Blaine Fisher is a fantastic Kansas City photographer that has done work fro everyone from Discovery Channel to Girl Scouts of America. he can do food and product photography, but his bread and butter is portraits. He needed a site that would get out of the way and let his photography do the talking.

Live home page in Safari. Javascript is used to scale and crop the full browser image on the fly, so the picture looks great on a run of the mill desktop as well on a 30" cinema display. (Target audience is creative directors.)
The entire interface can be further minimized to provide even more focus on the photograph. This is a good way for Blaine himself to use the site when showing his portfolio to clients.
The interface was also design to work with a variety of color palettes as a backdrop.
