Four Seasons Hotel: Online Booking
Four Seasons had historically had all of its bookings dealt with either by phone or through travel agents. They came to us with the challenge to create a templated automated booking system. This design system had to be flexible enough to accommodate each of its international properties, and allow them the ability to not only showcase their unique location, but also allow online users to book rooms, services or conference spaces directly from the site.
