As part of the Year of Irish Design 2015, Tourism Ireland commissioned a set of short films exploring the idea that design creates a sense of place. This first film looks at design in and around Belfast. Exploring the connection between people, product and place in a contemporary city built on the legacy of heavy industry, 'Design Makes Belfast' is a refreshing perspective on design tourism.
