The brief: We were asked to undertake a brand refresh for one of the UK’s leading commercial property agencies, Morgan Williams. Morgan Williams wanted a brand identity created that visualises the company’s highly personalised and expert service, in a fresh and professional execution.
The solution: We performed a brand audit accompanied by market research to create a mark and colour palette that would stand out from competitors across all media forms, print and online. The final mark reflects both original partners in equal balance, bringing in a visual demonstration of what Morgan Williams represents in skill sets and characteristics. Once finalised, redcow reinforced the mark by creating the guidelines and developing the brand personality that was partnered with the new logo.
