This was a small-run project for a piece of experimental electronic music. Because the music sounded like many collisions between the original samples, I decided to use a bubble-chamber diagram and replace the various Greek symbols with symbols from gamelan scores. The font is a peculiar fixed-width one which I felt went well with the overall feel, and the incription at the bottom of the diagram is the work "pemungkah" in the Balinese script (this is my online handle in places where my name isn't available).

 

The graphic on the back side of the insert is an actual screenshot from the application used to make the music. The faded and blurred version of the graphic on the traycard was done in Acorn.
