During the autumn of 2011 we did aroad trip exploring the Norwegian Fjord regions. Like most countries, Norway'smain tourist seasons are in summer and winter but unlike most countries, thetourist season is virtually non-existent in autumn. We were surprised to findmany of the roads and sites closed. The positive spin-off was that we had thearea to ourselves - an ideal way to experience the grandeur of the landscape.
