Ferndale Comprehensive School held an end of year art exhibition to display the best work created by the Art and Design through each year and approached me to design a poster and invite to promote the event.

I was happy to take on the task as the art teachers there had treated me very well at A Level. I was also very aware of how badly designed flyers can be for high school events and that would be a very poor representation of the artists being exhibited.

My outcome focused on showcasing some of the work that would be on display at the exhibit by using it as the backdrop of the design, but also on making a modern image that denoted a high level of quality and creativity.
