For my final major university project, I tackled the issue of A&E facilities being used for the wrong reasons. Through my research, I learned that most people just don't know where to go when they have an injury or illness.

I decided to tackle the problem at two points and in two ways. Before/as someone has an accident with an app, and after someone has gone to A&E with a video. The app would allow people to quickly find out where they should be going with quick questions, and the video plays while the viewer is stuck for hours in waiting rooms, advertising the app as a way to avoid this misery next time
