The project offered a unique challenge and we worked closely with the client to shape the web strategy, from initial research, through to design, content and lastly development.

The Melita Health & Beauty website needed to be as user friendly as possible, with contact details and location being readily available as soon as the user logs into the website for easy access. The full list of services offered also needed to be featured so that users can easily be guided to the section they are mostly interested in, be it the pharmacy, perfumery, make up and clinics, amongst others.

A Content Management System (CMS) was integrated to the website so Melita Health & Beauty can easily update the website themselves, including the blog articles, which help increase user engagement together with their social media strategy.
At each step of the way a handholding process was adopted and we ensured that we understood the client requirements exactly. A form to facilitate the booking of appointments was also added to the site so people could book a clinic appointment through the website, even on a smartphone, rather than the traditional phone call method.

A photo session of the premises was also held so as the elevate the look of Melita Health and Beauty further, together with photos of the individual products and services on offer.

We are very proud of the results and look forward to see how this site will grow in the long run.
