The Urban Age Programme. Hong Kong
The Urban Age Programme is an international investigation of the spatial and social dynamics of cities. Over ten conferences have taken place in major cities around the world since 2005, allowing the debate of major issues such as environmental equity, social inclusion, the problems of housing and migration, the global economy and the informal sector, as well as public transport, public space and social capital.
In this case I had to design conference material in the form of a newspaper for an investigation of Hong Kong. The newspaper contains critical essays by local experts and international commentators full of data sections with lots of comparative maps and charts.
