A school project created by 5 students during the Strategic Design course (third semester of my Bachelor in Visual Communication). The task was to develope a new visual identity or redesign an existing product from the grocery store. 
 
Meridian is a manufacturer of a wide range of healthy and tasty food. Their products contain the finest and most authentic ingredients to provide health-conscious consumers a variety of natural but tempting food options. All the products are organic and many are suitable for vegetarians, vegans, diabetics and people with special food allergies.
 
Tikka Masala cooking sauce from Meridian was the product we chose to redesign. It is gluten free, without wheat and dairy, which makes it stand out from its competitors. The main issue we wanted to solve was: “How to visualize the good qualities of the product and make it appealing to a larger group of consumers and not just those with allergies?” We feel that the new design is much more appealing and illustrates the qualities of the product accurately.
 
Later on, I have personally created the design of two other Meridian products: Pesto and Olive Oil. They follow the same style as the design of Tikka Masala, which makes the user recognize that all these products are from Meridian. On these two products, I have taken the photos myself.
