Peek & Seek
Moss Bank Park - Branding
My concept for Moss Bank Park was to try and get people exploring the whole park instead of just its main attractions. So with that in mind, I created a game named Peek & Seek, which people of all ages could grab a map and begin to track down 8 markers hidden within the park. Each marker has educational questions that lead you to the next marker, which will have the answer and so on.
I think it’ll be a lot of fun for younger children and they can find out interesting facts about the animals and Moss Bank Park along the way.
I created these patterns to represent each animal

from top left to bottom right:  Squirrel, Butterfly, Rabbit, Alpaca, Carp, Deer, Peacock & Duck.
Map front
Map Back.
Smartphone App.
As my map is vector based it will work really well as an interactive piece. so I created an App that lets you navigate the map, click on parts of the park and get information. It also works as a standalone pocket sized map.
Adshel.
I wanted to keep with the theme I had and so I used the patterns I created to represent each animal. It needed to get people’s attention and try and attract them to the park, so I used the pattern on the adshels but didn’t specify what it was. This will spark people’s curiosity to the point of them googling it or even going to Moss Bank Park to find out.
On site Poster.
I wanted to get the attention of people who came to the park who were oblivious to Peek & Seek. So I again used the patterns to engage with people who might have seen the markers around the park but didn’t know it was part of a game. So the poster is informing them to go pick up a map and join in the fun.
