"Human Clay” was a collaborative exhibition by Anna Langdon, Danielle Johansen, Kine Madsen, Morgan Stokes and Nick Gauci running from July 16th-30th 2014 in the gallery space The Pottery Shed in Paddington, Sydney.
A reference to a 1976 exhibition by Lucian Freud and Francis Bacon (and the gallery itself), “Human Clay” explores the collective yet subjective experience, a theme interpreted by each artist uniquely and across a broad range of media.
