The app allows you to search apartment and housing rentals by user driven reviews. You can view comments posted about landlords or apartments before you decide to rent or browse by location. The app is entirely user driven and unfiltered. Websites have been created with this concept, however an app has not. The websites have failed because they did not market correctly. The target market for this app would be college students and would be advertised through Pandora ads. The one thing websites like ratemylandlord.com have failed to do is make it appealing to the right market.
