Specifics:
Our project team was given the challenge of improving educational experiences for new immigrants as part of the IDEO Amplify Challenge and the IDEO/Acumen course on Human-Centered design. We experienced the different phases of the human-centered design process, including understanding, interviewing, synthesizing, defining, brainstorming, prototyping and testing. I created concepts, a storyboard, system design solutions, and the copy and graphics for our presentation.
