This project includes a split level, multi-deck staff car park on the northern edge of the Monash Hospital Clayton campus. The three level development adds 900 new car spaces to the existing 3,000 at-grade car space accommodation.
The facade cladding adopts both vertical and horizontal aluminium louvre systems featuring multiple Dulux high performance powdercoat colour finishes as a strategy to break-up the large horizontal mass of the building.
Particular attention was focused on minimising light spill through the facade system from vehicle headlights, particularly on the North aspect where residential properties are located.
