Brent Smith
Brent Smith is a Sydney based Artist and Illustrator who’s lo-fi artworks often depict scenes of odd fantasy and surf culture. Skulls, knives, soft porn, and ice cream are all common subject matter across Brent’s works, which depict selfish eccentricity, and detachment experienced in everyday life.
Brent aka ‘Biffy Brentano’ has had his works exhibited across Australia and also the USA. Hanging in various galleries, on walls, posters, album covers, created art for festivals, fashion design and tattoos. Monday to Friday Biffy can be found in Manly at the Headquarters for the iconic Australian brand ‘Mambo’ working as Head of Men’s Design.
Biffy’s clients have included Red Bull, E.M.I, Canon, Absolut Vodka, Kluster Magazine, Semi-Permanent, Good Vibrations Festival, Coaster Festival, BACARDI, Outpost Project, Roland Printers, Australian Tennis Masters, Drug Aware Pro Margaret River, Dungog Film Festival, Velvet Sea and Nirvana Surfboards.
