This book was one of the projects assigned in the Junior year of my college education, in a class called Typography II. The assignment was to design a hard-cover, accordian folded book. This project was the completion in an exercise about typographic grid systems, so the pages showcase my knowledge of axial and radial grids. The content of the book was inspired by the Milwaukee intersection of Lincoln Memorial and Lafayette. The text is prose I wrote about the experience of standing on the corner at dusk. Images of car lights, water and skyscrapers expand upon this experience.
