Dreaming in Cryo
Natural beauty awakened from the depths of frozen sleep through time and space
Dreaming in Cryo was inspired by two things mainly, one the title of a song on the Avatar soundtrack, "No dreaming in cryo" and by a foreign film called "Cargo", both incorporating the idea or science of cryogenics to explain their travel through time and space.  And as I watched the movie Cargo, I became distracted with my own scenes imagined in my head of  a fresh faced beauty emerging from the frozen state of cryogenic slumber, as the ice melts and the mist it creates swirls around her.
Thus was the impetus for my beauty editorial "Dreaming in Cryo" which was published in Reverie Issue 6.  I wanted to use two natural fresh faced beauties with makeup that was soft only accentuating one feature at a time, whether it be their eyes, eyebrows, lips or cheeks.
