As PTI Group successfully completed the spin-off from our then parent company, Oil States International, Inc., I was responsible for coordinating the Launch Day efforts for the U.S. operations. This included a coordinated global celebration in Canada, Australia and the U.S.. While working alongside the Manager of Communications at Civeo, communication was disseminated to 10 different offices across the U.S., including: videos from our Executive Team, a PowerPoint presentation, t-shirts, Civeo-branded cupcakes for the celebratation and distributing communication documents (Q&A documents, scripts for directors, etc.) for this exciting day in our company's history.
Celebration for this momentous occasion began with coordinating Civeo-branded memoriabilia for employees, including:
- 550+ Civeo-branded t-shirts acrosss 10 offices
- 600+ Civeo-branded cupcakes
- 300+ Commerative bells
- 150+ Civeo-branded balloons
- 750+ hard hat stickers for manufacturing, operations and safety personnel
Festivities not only included celebrating the launch of our new public company, but also enlisting our employees with "We are Civeo" brand books that describe our name and our brand in detail. Employees were encouraged to take selfies post their photos to their personal social media platforms with the hashtag #CiveoRings.

- Sarah Klobnak, Marketing Lead, USA, gave a presentation to the employees at Englewood, CO office about the new brand and spoke about the transition from our old company brands (PTI, General Marine Leasing, Mountain West Oilfield Service) to Civeo
